Modi gave fiery speech yesterday in Tiruvalla. No fancy words, no heavy politics – just straight talk from the heart about what’s really going on.
Sometime we watch a movie that actually touches something real in your life, and then some people immediately shout “It’s all lies!”? That’s exactly what Modi called out. He looked at the crowd and said the Congress and the Left have turned into a complete “factory of lies.” They did it with The Kerala Story, they did it with The Kashmir Files, and now they’re doing the same with the new hit Dhurandhar.
Why Films Are Making Them Uncomfortable
These aren’t just random films. The Kerala Story showed the pain of families in Kerala whose daughters got captured in love jihad and radicalization. The Kashmir Files at last spoke about the awful things Kashmiri Pandits went through. And Dhurandhar, featuring Ranveer Singh, is this high-voltage spy whodunit that celebrates our RAW agents and their courage against terror. People are loving it in theatres because it feels proud and real.
But according to Modi, every time such a story comes out, the same groups devastated it as fake. He asked the people there: why do they urge to call everything a lie instead of facing the truth behind it? It’s like they don’t want us to even discuss the real issues.

The Fear They’re Spreading About Everyday Things.
Now here’s where it gets serious for so many families in Kerala. A huge number of you have brothers, husbands, or sons working in the Gulf, right? Sending money home, building lives. Modi said the opposition is spreading unnecessary panic about FCRA changes and the Uniform Civil Code. They’re telling scary stories that could even create tension for our people working abroad.
He reminded everyone that Goa has been living happily with UCC for decades – nothing dramatic, just equal laws for everyone. Same with CAA – when it came, they created massive fear, but ordinary people’s lives didn’t get ruined. No one lost their rights. Yet the same pattern continues.
What This Means for Kerala Right Now
This speech is happening because Kerala elections are close. Tiruvalla is right in the middle of strong Christian and minority areas. Modi was directly telling people there: don’t fall for the fear-mongering. Look at the facts. Watch the films with open eyes. Read the actual rules instead of believing the WhatsApp forwards full of panic.
He said it plainly – the Left and Congress have become pros at lying. Their business model seems to be: call films lies, call reforms lies, create chaos, and hope people get scared enough to vote their way.

Time to Think for Ourselves
It’s not about here to fight with anyone. Just felt we all deserve better than this constant cycle of fear and denial. Whether you support BJP, Congress, Left, or none – as regular Indians, all should be able to watch a movie, discuss real issues like radicalization or equal laws, and decide for ourselves without being fed manufactured panic.
Many of you watching this news have lived through these things – families affected in Kerala, memories of Kashmir, pride in our forces after 26/11. That’s why these films connect so deeply with audiences even when critics call them “propaganda.”
Modi’s message was simple and repeated: enough with the factory of lies. Let truth come out. Let films make us think. Let policies be discussed calmly instead of creating unnecessary fear, especially for our Gulf brothers and sisters whose hard work keeps so many homes running.
That’s what stayed with me from his speech – the call to choose truth over convenient narratives. From Kerala to Kashmir, all have seen enough division. Maybe it’s time we all start seeing things as they are.
